Here is How Our Transportation Services Works
Step 1
Order with QuickWheels
Select your vehicle size, pick-up and delivery addresses and receive a quote within minutes. Our services range from 24/7 pick-up and delivery, UK-wide and urgent next-day deliveries. We will provide you with an ETA, and that is where your work is done.
Step 2
Sit Back and Relax
We arrive at the collection point, where our trained staff will overlook the loading and ensure the load is safe and secure for transportation. QuickWheels reps obtain all required documentation, and at that point, the client will be informed by email. A delivery time will then be provided, considering traffic and time of day. If anything arises while on the road, the customer and delivery point will be promptly made aware.
Step 3
Admin it
Arriving at site, client will be made aware in real-time via email. Our trained drivers, first and foremost, ensure safety is well maintained. After unloading, proof of delivery (POD) document is obtained and signed by the driver and handler. If any discrepancies occurs, they will be documented and all parties made aware, so it can be resolved.
